Why you only ship to California?

We're working on the packaging and shipping cost for other USA regions. We'll be shipping countrywide soon.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of $24 applies to all orders shipped to California, except during advertised shipping specials. When special shipping promotions apply, please make sure to select the right shipping rate for your order during checkout.

We only ship to residential addresses in metropolitan areas. Not all cities are covered by our carrier. We do not ship to offices, businesses, P.O.Boxes, APO/FPO. 

When will I receive my order?

To ensure there is no risk of your order getting stuck on a weekend, we only ship Monday through Thursday.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes. Any order may be changed/cancelled by the customer provided it has not been shipped.

Must I be home to receive my order?

No. Our shippings are sent without signature required. Carrier will leave your package at your home doorstep, if it has access to it. Even though your order has been packaged to keep the proper temperature, it is very important that you refrigerate your order upon arrival.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Tracking number after your order has been received by carrier. 

What happens if my order is delivered to a wrong/invalid address?

Please verify carefully your delivery address and zip code when placing your order. If you provided a wrong address and your order has been delivered, there is not much we can do. You may want to contact the person at the address you provided. We can not guarantee any refunds.

How is my order packaged/shipped?

Our products are individually vacuum packaged. Sausages are perishable products. Your order is shipped inside an insulated container with cold gelpacks to keep the proper temperature during shipment. It is very important you refrigerate your order upon arrival.

How long will your products last?

We make our products in small batches weekly and vacuum-pack them to keep their freshness. Since they are meat, all our products must be kept refrigerated or frozen. Salchichon and Butifarras last 2 months unopened, 10 days once open. Remove from plastic bag after opening. Chorizo lasts 30 days refrigerated, unopened. Cook thoroughly after opening. 

Need to ship to multiple addresses. Is this possible?

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

How do I know my payment is secure?

Your online payment is made through PayPal or Stripe, both secure platforms for business. 

Do you sell your products in stores?

Not yet. Our products are only available online and at farmers' markets in the San Francisco peninsula. We expect to have our products available at Bay Area's specialty stores soon.
